May 2009 Newsletter

Pat Prather – Executive Director
May is the month to put the finishing touches on the school year and prepare to watch your students move on to the next level of their lives hoping that you have helped them aim in the right direction, watching them weigh their options for the future. However, most of you are probably also thankful to see the end of ten months of tumult, incertitude and hard times for your schools. You are all to be congratulated for encouraging and supporting your students and not allowing the distractions to interfere with their goals and dreams. Now it is time for you to enjoy your vacation, renew your enthusiasm, and do what you love.

This is the final newsletter until August when I will send out the CAWS annual mailing with all the updated information for 2009-2010. Next year will be busier than this one so be sure to check out our website on a regular basis so that you do not miss out on any current or upcoming events. Regular postings will continue throughout the summer months.
